1960s Dynamic Ball Pendant Lamp by Wilhelm Vest for Vest Leuchten of Austria
This is a Large ‘Dynamic’ Ball Pendant Suspension Lamp, initially designed by Wilhelm Vest for Vest Leutchen in 1967. This pendant dates to the late 1960s. The lampshades are made of solid metal, consisting of 21 white lacquered metal rings that are connected with ropes. The shade is marked with the original Vest, Austria label. In 1969, the Dynamic suspension lamp received an iF Design Award.
This lamp measures 17.75 inches in diameter, and is 17.75 inches high. There are a few small spots on the rim, and the white lacquer is slightly dulled from age. Overall, this pendant is in very good condition. Please see photos.
