This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Executive Desk Chair, Model EA437, initially designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. This example dates to 2010. The design features a lightweight polished aluminum 5 star pneumatic base and a seat with plush cushions that are 2 inches thick and upholstered in leather, specifically the 2102 Wheat color from Austria.

The chair measures 16.5 inches deep. 23 inches wide, and is 40.25 inches high, adjustable up to 42.5 inches. The base seat height is 19.5 inches, adjustable up to 22.5 inches. This piece does show minor wear but overall is in very good to excellent condition. Please see photos.
