Vintage Bauhaus Flush Ceiling Pendant Lamp from Richard Meier Giovannitti House
Listed for sale is a gorgeous Bauhaus pendant lamp with fanning adjustable chromed louvers, purchased directly from Frank Giovannitti, original owner and commissioning client of the Giovannitti house in Pittsburgh, PA, designed by Richard Meier. The designer of this piece is unknown, though was acquired by Giovannitti decades ago for the home. It is very heavy with a black glass plate, which is mounted flush to the ceiling. The adjustable louvers exposed and filter light as needed. The lamp has a 9.5 inch height and 23.5 inch diameter.
