Ponte Coffee Table by Angelo Cortesi for Fiam in Tempered Glass
This is a Ponte Coffee Table, designed by Angelo Cortesi for Fiam in 1973. The piece is formed of thick curved transparent glass, manufactured in Italy by Fiam’s master glassworkers. Fiam is widely considered the preeminent glass furniture producer in the world. This particular style of table is no longer in production.
The table measures 59.5 inches long, 27.5 inches wide, and 17 inches high. The glass has a thickness of 20 mm with beveled edges. Overall, the table is in very good condition with light wear. Please see photos.
