Listed for sale is an original Nicos Zographos red Leather lounge chair with arms. This example is fully upholstered in leather, with a polished stainless steel base.    

Nicos Zographos and his company (Zographos Designs ltd.) were prolific in sharing modern interiors, alongside Florence Knoll and others. His work is known for extraordinary craftsmanship and attention to detail. The metalwork is generally stainless and custom-fabricated, then hand finished.  

This example measures 28x30x32 inches. It is in very good to excellent condition, showing some wear from use.  

It came from a high end corporate environment in Chicago, from what was assumed to be an SOM-designed building (Skidmore Owings and Merrill Architects).
