SOLD 1969 William Katavolos for Leathercrafter Bucket Chair with Original Leather
Listed for sale is an exceptionally rare bucket chair, designed by renowned designer and former Pratt professor, William Katavolos. This example was produced C. 1969 and remains an original example. The chair came from an Ithaca, New York estate (the city that is home to Cornell University). It retains its original leather sling, which shows some wear and creases from use (as is shown in the photos), but is overall in gorgeous condition for its age. The chair measures 29 inches tall by 30 inches wide and 30 inches deep.
