SOLD 1960s Grand Rapids Walnut Nightstand Cabinet by Paul McCobb for Widdicomb Walnut, Metal
This is a nightstand cabinet made of solid walnut, designed by Paul McCobb for Widdicomb in 1962. While simple in form, the walnut that was selected for this piece has a beautiful smooth grain that speaks volumes. It has one drawer, and a drop-front door concealing storage.
This nightstand measures 20 inches long, 20 inches wide and 24 inches tall. There are a few watermarks and a cup mark, and there is some patina and oxidation on the knobs. Overall, this night stand is in good condition with slight signs of use. Please see photos.
