Listed for sale is one Eames high back aluminum executive chair in creme leather. The aluminum arms and frames gleam, showing a few light if any signs of use.
 
This chair appears like new, aside from one mark noted on the right arm and a couple of minimal scuffs to the bottom corners of the upholstery. 
 
The chair was manufactured in 2012 and was ordered by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill Architects (SOM) for a law firm in Manhattan.  
I assume this was purchased for the law firm and never put into use, as I believe it was stored away and still has its original tag attached. 
 
Leather

Supple and showing few if any signs of use. 

 

Bases and Metal

The arms are in excellent condition with light wear (aside from the one noted mark). See photos. With regard to the other aluminum elements, condition is excellent.
