Listed for sale is an authentic and labelled Mies Van Der Rohe barcelona chair in black leather. The chair is in beautiful shape with labels present throughout. In terms of date of production, this seems to be a vintage example, post 1970's and show very little wear overall. The leather is supple and not showing creasing.
Leather
Excellent condition with no significant signs of wear. Nice patina.
Frames
The frames are polished beautifully. Some wear is visible where the legs meet the ground from rubbing against the floor.
Markings
The chair has the knoll stamp on the frame and also has the knoll label on the seat cushion.
