1960s Model 1503 by Florence Knoll Desk in Ebonized Wood and Chrome
This is an original double pedestal desk, model 1503, initially designed by Florence Knoll in 1956. This example was manufactured by Knoll Associates in the early 1960s. It is constructed from steel and ebonized wood, and the piece has been freshly refinished. The legs are chromed steel.
The desk measures 32 inches deep, 66 inches wide, and 29 inches tall. The drawers open and close smoothly on their glides, and the wood and metal are in fantastic shape. Overall, this desk is in very good condition with some signs of use. Please see photos.
