SOLD 1980s Le Corbusier Cassina LC2 Black Leather and Chrome Petit Modele 3-Seat Sofa
Listed for sale is a gorgeous and beautifully patinated LC2 petite modele 3-seater sofa, designed by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, and Charlotte Perriand. This example was produced in the 1980s and was imported by Atelier International, the US importer for Cassina products at that time. This LC2 was specified in classic black leather and has formed a lovely patina over the years. The sofa's chromed steel frame presents well and shines nicely. The leather cushions show some wear from use over the years. This example is signed and engraved with Cassina Labels. It also retains original labels underneath at shown. See photos for condition.
The sofa measures 71 inches long by 26.5 inches tall and 27.5 inches deep.
