Listed for sale is a high back Eames soft pad chair in cognac leather. The chair is in excellent condition with buttery leather and aluminum arms / frame which gleam. The chair still retains its tags underneath as well.
Leather
Supple and showing signs of use. For its age, fabulous example and delightful condition. Some wear noted on edges, but structurally perfect.
Bases and Metal
The arms are in excellent condition with some wear to clear coat on the top edges (where the chair often meets a desk). With regard to the other aluminum elements, condition is excellent.
This example was likely produced in the early 1970's and is an unbelievably rare example in condition that is rarely found.
